Duration : Up to two months
Who may apply? (i) I Year M. Sc. Chemistry students, (ii) III/IV Year M. Sc. (5-year integrated) Chemistry students, and (iii) Students at similar level pursuing a post-graduate course with a substantial chemistry component in the curriculum may apply.
How to apply? Application should be submitted online, or by post to the Coordinator of the Networking Resource Centre (see below). Students may directly contact any faculty member of the school and indicate their research preference in the application. The faculty research interests are indicated on the School of chemistry home page .
Applications received till March 15, 2017 will be considered for the projects in Summer 2017. Selected candidates will be informed by the end of March or early in the April 2017.
Financial support: Travel expenses will be reimbursed as per UGC norms (preserve the original tickets). In addition, a Maintenance allowance of Rs.7000/- per month will be provided.
Accomodation: Accomodation (if required) will be provided in the UGC-NRC Hostel, subject to availability.
