Murali was born in 1973 in Villupuram, Tamilnadu. He joined as a Lecturer in the School of Chemistry, University of Hyderabad, on July 2007..
His research interest is focused on the synthesis and application studies of nanoparticles, small molecules, and polymers from p-block elements for potential application in the field of Health, Energy, Environment, and Defence (HEED].
