Pragati Biswal was born in Sambalpur District, Odisha, India. He competed his graduation and post-graduation in 2011 & 2013 from Sambalpur University respectively. Later, he joined the Ph.D programme in 2016, was awarded the degree in 2022 under the supervision of Dr.
Ponneri C Ravikumar, NISER, Bhubaneswar.
